By purchasing, installing, or using Reference Editor, you agree to these Terms of Use and any plan terms shown at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. License and access
Reference Editor is licensed to the purchasing customer for their own use. Access may be limited by plan status and device allowance. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, or provide unauthorized access to the product, its protected instructions, or its delivery system.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for footage, reference videos, links, instructions, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and to create the requested output.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Reference Editor to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, evade access controls, interfere with the service, or create content that you are not legally permitted to create.
5. Third-party services
Reference Editor may rely on third-party platforms, software, hosting, commerce, or media services. Their availability and rules are outside our control, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the product when reasonably necessary. Features that depend on third-party services may change when those services change.
7. No guaranteed result
Editing quality depends on source footage, reference accessibility, content, system capability, and user approvals. We do not guarantee a particular creative, commercial, audience, or platform result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Reference Editor is provided without warranties not expressly stated at purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the product.
9. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, unauthorized sharing, misuse, attempts to bypass licensing, or material violation of these terms.
